Storyboards and words and art oh my!

Storyboards and words and art oh my! One thing that I have learned from the SCBWI conferences this past year is that publishers and agents want storyboards. They like seeing sequences and patterns not just one image. If you can illustrate great. If you can write and illustrate thats even better. They do not want friends or coworkers or colleagues or couples teaming up together to make a book. They want what they want. A good story with art that can be read repeatedly. Patterns and squares and stories. I have some ideas in the works. They are mixing in my head like a large pot of vegetable soup. This pattern or storyboard is my idea of Halloween. Squares and drawings and themes for now.
