A case of the sads....

                                          A case of the sads..
During the fall and winter months, there is a definite change in the amount of light we see from the sun.
There are some individuals who are affected by this.
They call it seasonal affective disorder.
Things that can help are light, melatonin, and exercise.
Bears hibernate.
This is considered a type of seasonal affective disorder.
We humans do not have to hibernate.
There is yet another solution.
You could always move to Florida.
Instead of bears and hibernation, you will have another issue.
Alligators.
I’m not really sure I have ever seen one smile.
And I don’t want to find out.
Even if on the sunny side of the street.
