Sleepy time.

                                Sleepy time.
You are sleepy. 
Getting very sleepy.
And poof, lights out!
For some humans, sleep can happen quickly.
But as you would imagine there are millions that can’t fall asleep and are sleep deprived.
Insomnia can make your life miserable.
They say babies need 16 hours of sleep a day and a typical adult needs 7.
While most muscles in your body rest, the brain does not.
It remains active and in different states.
The are 5 stages of sleep.
Dreams are one of the stages.
Rapid eye movement is another.
I’ll admit to sleepless nights here and there that are usually followed by weary bonked pass
out the next night.
Many people look to potions or meds to help them through if they can’t get to bed.
Melatonin and chamomile tea may help.
Or even a wam glass of milk. 
Its detrimental to rest the eyes, get under the covers, and even snore a little.
Rip Van Winkle snoozed for decades.
Thats the extreme version of way too much sleep.
But ...if you do rest for 7 hours or more, it can actually improve your memory.
