"You have less of an attention span then a cricket."
This is according to an event I went to and....
don’t remember the actual event..but the quote itself.
To stare out the window is where the wandering mind can go.
While tasks require the brain to be engaged at some point , the focus can be well.. completely
somewhere else.
While we sleep every part of our body rests except our brain.
Ideas come from the simplest of things like walking, taking a shower or listening to music.
Go ahead and stare at the fishbowl or the window to the outside.
Detach yourself from reality for just one blur and hear those attentive crickets chirp.
