
In the service industry, how important is an opinion and from whom?
Is your experience more influenced by a review or your own personal perspective?
When in a hotel is it the bed, the bathroom, or the food that makes your stay pleasant?
Are you a consumer that checks out prices and compares or a trusted reward member
that gets into the points that are given like a game of gambling.
Either way I thought of the 5 star everything and of course
if the dog believes its luxurious, there is no doubt in my mind that it is.
